Those of us who run the company have an extensive knowledge of routing, commercially licensed drivers, and of course good service as we have served so many of the largest events and companies in the area; it was and is a natural fit.

Document Termination's success is derived from its commitment to serve others as if the information we are safeguarding is our own. Therefore the equipment we purchase for use is only what we feel is the cutting edge of secure destruction. We also have worked hard to create policies which offer the greatest level of security as security and safety are our top priorities.

The employees we use are background checked. Not that anyone has to handle your work on a normal bases, as our shred vehicles do it all for us. But all access employees backgrounds are thoroughly checked.
Still, why trust us? How do you know we background checked or drug checked? How do you know we have insurance or even a license to do business?
This is why we felt it was important to be AAA Certified* by the National Association for Information Destruction since 2006. They send to us, either announced or randomly a certified security specialist. This auditor visually checks to see that we have each year, checked our access employees backgrounds, that we have insurance and all other licenses required to operate legally. They check for drug screenings and the results of those tests. This is why you can trust us to do your work. Because someone else; a third party auditor with experience to know what to look for has come on an regular bases and checked our records for you, to be sure what we represent is true.
