Shredding Services

Regular Scheduled Service:     

  1. You pick frequency.
  2. We place consoles or containers.
  3. You fill.
  4. We come by on specified frequency.
  5. Wheel your work to truck.
  6. Truck lifts work and terminates it outside your office.
  7. Irregular shaped pieces are compacted in the rear of the truck with everyone else's and kept secured until we bring it to an approved recycler.
  8. You receive a Certificate of Destruction for your records.

 

Occasional Service- Purge    

  1. We come to your office, or storage unit.
  2. If it is a storage unit- we ask someone remains so if we can not finish, if there is so much it can not be done in one day, we can secure your work to leave.
    1. IF your work is not on ground level, you will need to make us aware of that when you order our service so we come prepared.
  3. We move your work into our secure containers.
  4. Wheel your work to truck.
  5. Truck lifts work and terminates it outside your location.
    1. If you need for us to remove your empty boxes, that arrangement needs to be made at the time you book our service.
  6. Irregular shaped pieces are compacted in the rear of the truck with everyone else's and kept secured until we bring it to an approved recycler.
  7. You receive a Certificate of Destruction for your records.
  8. IF we can not finish that day, our office staff coordinates that with your schedule and ours for the next available time.

 

Electronic Media/other than paper- truck load    

  1. Our truck is emptied at the recycler beforehand.
  2. We move your work into our secure containers.
  3. Wheel your work to truck.
  4. Truck lifts work and terminates it outside your office.
    1. If you need for us to remove your empty boxes, that arrangement needs to be made at the time you book our service.
  5.   Irregular shaped pieces are compacted in the rear of the truck.
  6. Destroyed materials are brought to a landfill and discarded.
  7. Truck is then cleaned out prior to use for paper. 

 

Electronic Media/other than paper- small amount     
    1. We lock your work into a side area of our truck.
    2. That material is then brought to our office and locked into a secure container and stored in a low access, alarmed office area until we have a large enough job to include your work into that will go to the landfill. At that time:
    3. Truck lifts work and terminates it outside our office.
    4. Truck then goes onto the job at hand.
    5. Destroyed materials are brought to a landfill and discarded.
    6. Truck is then cleaned out prior to use for paper.
      Because this is not destroyed at your site, it is not AAA NAID Certified.
X-Rays

    1. X-rays are collected locked into a side compartment of the truck.
    2. Brought to our office.
    3. They are then locked into secure containers and placed inside of a low access, alarmed office.
    4. When we have a sufficient quantity we then recycle them with a secure company.
      Because this is not destroyed at your site, it is not AAA NAID Certified.
Home - Occasional Service
  1. We come to your home for a minimum of 6 cubic feet*.
    1. If your work is either up or down steps- you will need to let us know that prior to our coming out.
    2. If up or down- we send an extra person to move work to a ground level location to be wheeled out to the truck for destruction. There is an extra charge for this.
    3. If you need for us to remove your empty boxes, that arrangement needs to be made at the time you book our service.
  2. We move your work into our secure containers.
    1. It is very important you look thru your work to remove any clothing, garbage of any kind, large metal items, ceramic, or plastic items. People include all kinds of items by accident which isn't good for our shredding system.
  3. Wheel your work to truck.
  4. Truck lifts work and terminates it outside your location.
  5. Irregular shaped pieces are compacted in the rear of the truck with everyone else's and kept secured until we bring it to an approved recycler.
  6. You receive a Certificate of Destruction for your records.
Walk Ins- materials brought to our office for destruction
  1. We move your work into a locked secure container outside of our office.
  2. Wheel that locked container inside to a low access, alarmed office area.
  3. You receive a Certificate of Destruction for your records.
    1. We will write on this COD day and approximate time the work will be destroyed.
    2. The ONLY way for you to witness your work destroyed is if you pay us to come to you and destroy outside of your home or office.
  4. When the truck comes in that day or the next regular business day, the driver then wheels your work to the truck.
  5. The container is then unlocked.
  6. Truck lifts work and terminates it outside our office.
  7. Irregular shaped pieces are compacted in the rear of the truck with everyone else's and kept secured until we bring it to an approved recycler.
    Because this is not destroyed at your site, it is not AAA NAID Certified.
